Abstract

Digital transformation implies changes or modification of numerous roles. These
changes can be the product of the introduction of an innovation, such as a technological
tool that supports and speeds up a function of what an individual does. Also, they can be
the product of modifications or eliminations of processes that occur during the automation
of tasks. The purpose of this article is to introduce innovative tools, which are very
necessary for human capital to have the knowledge and skills that allow process
automation to ensure that human capital needs are considerably reduced. In this sense,
digital transformation is that change in institutional culture, organizational model, methods
and processes that takes advantage of information and communication technologies
(ICT) so that both private and public organizations meet the needs of citizens and
companies. efficiently, transparently and securely.
