The Sustainable development and capacity building

Abstract

At present, the notion of development introduces a complementary concept that emerges from the paradigm of complexity; which has brought with it the complementary concept of sustainability as a means for progress through the implementation of plans, programs and projects that create conditions that allow the growth of the regions. Consequently, development planning raises the consideration of the essence of the localities to the global, studying and promoting the potentialities that each place has. In this way, alternatives are presented that offer justifications of social order to demonstrate the opportunities, both income and employment; as well as progress alternatives. In this sense, this document shows how sustainable development promotes and enhances capacities in localities and regions.
