Abstract

The purpose of this article is to carry out a prospective exercise of the possible
economic trends for Venezuela in the years to come. Many are probably the expectations that are generated in this field and above all in the possibility of assuming them, without a doubt, but rather than exploring the speculative field, it is done from a perspective of hope for the Venezuelan people. The approach to these possibilities of analysis is made from the need for new management styles, rather than from the crude diagnosis of the reality that we have to live, and from these new ways of looking at the panorama of a new country, ventures to propose new forms integration. Throughout this analysis, we will try to thread the new leadership styles with the transformation processes that will be necessary, the implementation of technologies, also the new labor approaches and the relationship between the company and the universito to improve staff standards. Professional to be required. A renewed management to get out of stagnation, has to overcome the temporary resistance to open up to the free market, it must remove the restrictions to ventilate an economy based on the competitive advantages of the market, without losing the vision or missionary principles that must be faced for proximity true with the workers as the main executors, and without a doubt, to correspond to the demands of a population eager for improvements in their quality of life. Therefore, corporate social responsibility policies are not enough, but rather to promote a healthy sustainable human development.
