Bullying in adulthood and implications in the criminal action of the Venezuelan citizen power

The present essay is an analysis of bullying or harassment (associated terms) in adulthood and implications in the criminal action of the Venezuelan citizen power, categorized as a sociopathology that affects not only Venezuela, but the countries of the world, according to UNICEF ( 2013). Its occurrence began in schools among children and adolescents, highlighting the aforementioned organization, as well as ITAE Psychology (2018), which persists with changes according to age, where its possibilities increase, with bullying occurring at the same time in adults. Methodologically, this study was carried out through documentary-bibliographic research, developing conceptualizations from the perspectives of authors and institutions dedicated to bullying in order to concretize a definition that integrates into its construction what is interpreted about what is bullying?; the historical review locates its progress in time; bullying between adults, contextualizing the central theme of the essay; the foundation in multidisciplinary approaches of psychosocial theories supporting the origin and existence of bullying in human behavior; The key figures who contribute to the phenomenon describe its manifestation, prevention and approach, validating the presence of bullying without distinction of age and exclusive environment in society; finally, the incipient and specific implications of judicialization in the Venezuelan criminal context.
