Gentrificación y Airbnb: Análisis bibliométrico de tendencias, temas y redes de conocimiento (2015-2025).

La gentrificación se ha consolidado como un desafío urbano global, cuya dinámica se ha visto significativamente influenciada por la irrupción de plataformas de alquiler a corto plazo como Airbnb. Este estudio presenta un mapeo bibliométrico sistemático de la literatura científica que explora la interconexión entre la gentrificación y Airbnb. A partir de una base de datos de 104 documentos recuperados de OpenAlex.org y analizados con el paquete bibliometrix en RStudio, la investigación identifica tendencias de publicación, actores clave y la estructura conceptual del campo en el periodo 2015 -2025. Los resultados revelan que la investigación se centra en las dimensiones económicas, geográficas y políticas de la gentrificación inducida por Airbnb. La red de colaboración de autores subraya la existencia de diversas comunidades de investigación activas en el campo. Este estudio contribuye al proporcionar una visión estructurada de la literatura existente y al destacar áreas clave para futuras investigaciones, siendo de gran utilidad para académicos y formuladores de políticas públicas interesados en los impactos de la economía de plataformas en las ciudades.
