Strengthening the moral values of respect and tolerance in secondary education students

The aim of this study is to develop a for strengthening moral values aimed at students Bolivarian High School " Antonio Fonseca Betancourt " of Eneal parish José María Blanco Crespo Municipality, Lara. The theoretical basis of the research is based on sources and legal documents such as the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (1999), Education Act (2009), the Bolivarian National Curriculum (2007), Romero (2007), Naranjo (2011), Aguiló (2008), Piaget (1960). The nature of the study is based on a social type research project, supported by the methodology described by Pérez Serrano (2005), which consists of four phases: diagnostic, design, planning, implementation and evaluation. After three actions were designed, which were implemented to achieve the objectives of the action plan, in this way integrate social actors in strengthening moral values of respect and tolerance in students of that campus. The results suggest that promote value-based education changes in the formation of the student, which promotes live in society, promoting values, in pursuit of a healthy coexistence. In view of the above, students are able to strengthen the moral values of respect and tolerance through the practice of social skills.
