Abstract

The man brings in the development of a nation to the extent that their education will provide the tools necessary to become a subject of affirmative action. The base dela prosperity of a country is education and this requires the implementation of government policies including, good wages for teachers accompanied by thorough preparation for these, quality infrastructure. Education fosters holistic ciudadanos formation through the transmission of values that provide the living, family and social responsibility, hence it becomes a requirement of the present time, the innovation to the educational work through experiences intellectual invoice and moral men to allow preparation with defined orientations toward justice, fairness, teamwork and solidarity. From this perspective fathers, mothers, representatives, general household, teachers and other significant adults are a key element in shaping the personality in the development of feelings of esteem and self-worth; and promoting self-confidence and security. From these considerations, it should be noted that the integration of family, society and state in the field of planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs impact on improving the living conditions and welfare of the people. In this regard, the following research is an approach to the role of teaching professional integrator in terms of the motivation of the parents and guardians of society in general about their participation in the conduct of education.
