Abstract

With the tender of two large strategies of knowledge creation, one of them of systemic position to the theorical approach, represented by the model of viable system and conversations theory, and the other one as epistemic-methodological orientation, represented by the rationalist-realistic approach; this research was undertaken as a main result the structure of a cybernetic model of the management of the conversational organizational network, inspired in the model of a viable system of Stafford Beer, with its introduction would achieve the improvement. The organizational performance of similar universities and organizations through strategic interventions, and the design of an expert system, of which artificial intelligence operation would tend to guarantee the fidelity written in the certificates to systematize the organizational knowledge. Like this examples of recurrence in the conversations were identified which are referred in some cases to agreements of second order, these agreements do not produce actions but make possible that conversations which produce actions providing stability to the conversational network although determine how people must talk intelligently. This success of the model should be benefited by its expeditious introduction in the Valle del Momboy University as a pilot experience underpinned by plans of ontological coaching and resounding leadership.
