Abstract

The following article reveals the invisible threads that make up the Academic Culture of a researcher, which fall into two main edges as are the culture that inherits its discipline, plus the culture that supplies the establishment or institution to which taxed his scientific production. This content is part of an ethnographic study based on the theory Garfinkel, reflexivity, which refers to the construction of the world, taking as its starting point the interaction between individuals and the rules established by society, is say, using the language, the individual expose their definition of reality that surrounds it. This study is in full swing, with the purpose of describing the Academic Culture University researcher Trujillo's associated with the production of scientific knowledge. With reference to the theories of Tylor (1871), Clark (1983), Geertz (1989) and Becher (2001), among others. Taking as a result of this theoretical construct, the display of beautiful and delicate tissue that forms the link between disciplines and the institution clothing the researcher, concluding that the disciplines of undergraduate, chosen by vocation and rational calculation, as graduate studies selected by fashion or continuing the undergraduate discipline, contribute significantly to the researcher, beliefs, values and norms that affect scientific output they generate. As occurs with institutions, providing in this case, the organizational approach and classification thereof.
