Environmental Management Of The Communal Consejo In The Municipality Maracaibo

Abstract

The present investigation has like prepósito generally Analyze the Environmental Management in the Communal Advices in the Municipality Maracaibo; the investigation is based under the limits of the qualitative paradigm. The design is not experimental. The ethnographic method was in use and as technology of compilation of information the direct observation, the structured and not structured interviews, records of information, photographic files and the review of the literature between others. For the investigation it took as a meaningful sample the representatives of the Committees of Environment of the Communal Advices and Key Informants of the parishes: Idelfonso Vasquez, Chiquinquirá, Christ de Aranza and Coquivacoa like equitable representation of the municipality Maracaibo according to the environmental classified problems. The processing of the results will be realized across the triangulation between legal instruments, opposing theories and the results of the interviews, which will be categorized by parish, by communal advice and in agreement to the geopolitical location. The RESULTS will allow realizing limits of agreement to the weaknesses found in the parishes of the diverse Communal Advices selected on the environmental management that they effect.
