Fuzzy linguistic model of decision making, to evaluate the governmental management for public services of the pampan municipality of the trujillo state.

Abstract

The conventional systems that daily are used, in some cases do not contribute a real decision; but the Fuzzy logic, has become fundamental the development of intelligent systems partly, it allows us to generate a decision making with vague information, since it is a type of logic that recognizes more than simple true and false values, in the fuzzy logic, the proposals can be represented by degrees of veracity or falsification. The area that this investigation occupies is related to the process of decision making to evaluate the Governmental Management as far as the Services Public (water, light, urban cleanliness and road) of the Pampan Municipality of the Trujillo State, in this study I consider as General mission to develop a diffuse model of decision making linguistic. For the methodologic boarding two phases were applied, one for Aggregation and the other Operation, the entrance variables that allow to evaluate the Governmental management of the mentioned Municipality were idenfied, they were defined by the attributes of the experts, with vague and low precision knowledge, linguistic labels are used instead of numerical values, defined five (5) linguistic labels: Terrible (p), Bad (m), To regulate (r), Good (b), Excellent (e), an included/understood arbitrary value to him between 0 and 1 was assigned in order to prove the model eight (6) experts, and an interface matlab of programming language was used.
