The sense of tradition is not the work of one day, comes to acquire indirectly the true value in the interpretation of our historical phenomenon. When it comes to investigating the vital reason of a people, every detail everyday purchases a differential seal a culture and this determines their identity. Therefore, to know and understand regional socio-historical processes should establish relations of a people to their cultural identity. Such relevance is a function of the recognition given to the relationship between cultural identity and development in its economic dimension
and the impact through social responsibility. These elements require a new vision and way of life sustained in self-determination as a principle determinant for cultural policy proposals development, fundamental key humanistic future for new generations.
