Integral sustainable farm: a space for training and Learning

This research focuses on teacher training for handling Sustainable Comprehensive Educational Farm in Agricultural Technical School Dr. Eusebio Baptista Parish Carmen, Boconó municipality of Trujillo state. Social Project contentivo four (4) phases was performed: Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation According to Perez (2006). The diagnosis was a collective construction, in order to encourage the participation of all stakeholders in the analysis of a problem situation addressed in three stages; Community, Institutional and Participatory where important aspects of the Community and School met. For planning actions that allowed the solution of it is organized; an action plan focused on three workshops by engaging actors ran. Likewise is evaluated using instruments, achieving the goals outlined in conclusion teachers were motivated in training and stated that it is important in the institution integral farms and which benefits the pedagogical training of students, encourages agro-ecological production It generates income and integrates the community to the school.
