Profile of teachers under the education venezolana challenges and commitments

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the profile of teachers in the framework of the Venezuelan education challenges and commitments through a thoughtful theoretical approach on the functions and duties of teachers to meet their needs and communities become competent citizens for the exercise of a demanding profession knowledge, education, skills, interactions, human sensitivity. Based on legal regulations, Esclarín Pérez (2011), Curtain (2005), Galvis (2007), among others. Descriptive methodology, document design, data collection using tokens whose content was analyzed. Meeting between the analysis required probity and academic qualifications , professional training and answering the students trained for the liberating work oriented principles, values of freedom, social justice , equality, solidarity , dialogue, respect for self and others. Experts in combining theoretical knowledge with reflective practice in institutional settings , linking school, family and community , experiencing situations that allow action research , integrating projects defendants in shared decision , felt by the community. I committed to the fulfillment of educating people to live in collective sense of belonging and social and cultural identity, demands are reflected and enhanced in educational policies proposed by the State in a role of citizen linked to the problems of the environment , taking advantage of technological benefits to achieve promising changes for a better standard of living in line with the rational use of natural resources of the environment in         order      to      continue     the      responsible     humanization     of      mankind.
