Human development is conceived as today as widely for each person to develop their opportunities, i a life that values. The main objective of development is to give people more choices and help them discover their opportunities. From this perspective of human development must turn all actions carried out in the construction of a new society, where most people are integrated; show interest and
commitment to build and build with education, health, and human values to ensure
sustainability and equity. Mahabub Ul Hag; notes that accumulating wealth is not always necessary to carry out various types of human choices, such a society does not have to be rich to achieve democracy. Therefore sustainable human
development, shows a humanistic vision of growth, recognizing the importance of nature, culture, technology, economy and society, that is to make human beings happy and it must learn to live with it, with others and with nature, as part of his life. All these experiences given here; share in common with the problems of our country and therefore our community, which is why they want to build a road from these contributions, revealing a human hope in transformations, in this sense, people must
configure horizontal networks, develop mutually supportive actions, articulate
individual and group practices and shared, and only then will the end the fragmentation that threatens the existence of the individual, individuals, and families.
