The journal is open access, and makes published research available to the public free of charge, without any charge per user or institution. The journal does not charge APCs (Article Processing Charge) and all accepted and published articles are distributed free of charge under the terms of the CC BY license.
This license states that you are free to:

The journal adhere to DOAJ Open Acces definition: Open Access is the condition where the copyright holder of a scholarly work grants usage rights to others using an open license (Creative Commons or equivalent) allowing for immediate free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.
