The demotivation in the participants of the workshop “The Motivated Company” at the UVM

The general objective of this research is to analyze the demotivation in the participants of the motivated company workshop at UVM, where a descriptive study with field design is addressed. It was made up of a population and a sample of 29 participants, applying the technique of the survey whose instrument was a questionnaire of 8 items that was taken from the book the motivated company of JörgLahmann. With these results We developed and the general objective of the article was achieved. It can be affirmed that the UVM has a favorable acceptance, where a motivational style centered on the bond with people is observed, emphasizing on coupling the workers with the mission and vision of the organization. In general, the university is fulfilling the projected expectations, however, this work must be continued to achieve improvements that strengthen it every day.
