Preventive maintenance management system in the oven area at the company “Inversiones y Creaciones Pierantozzi C.A”

Abstract

This research paper has as a general objective of elaborating a proposal consiting in a preeventive maintenance gestion system in the ovens area of "Inversiones y Creaciones Pierantozzi C- A." The methodology to this research was a descriptive one, using a field desing, working on fact realities and its fundamental characteristic is to show a correct interpretation, without alteration of variables and demonstrating factibility of tthe proyect,essential factor to achieve objectives and for getting solutions. The population taken into account was a sample of ovens area staff. There were twenty four (24) people and four (4) mahines studio objects. The authors used "Norma COVENIN 2500-932" as the recolection of information tool, besides an non-structured interview and direct observation were used. The obtained results served to diagnose operative conditions and the kind of fails of machines in this area, taking into account that there is not a record of fails. On the base of this information the proposal was designed.
