Incorporation of software as a tool of ict in education university subsystem

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to propose the incorporation of software as tools of ICT in higher education subsystem for teachers of the National Experimental University “Rafael María Baralt " Core Trujillo. The research is descriptive and non-experimental design field. For the collection of information is a 32-item questionnaire addressed to (43) will graduate teachers formed the population was applied. Were validated by consulting experts and its reliability was 0.91 they being high, then with the information obtained from the sources, we proceeded to analyze the data. The results show that not all teachers are interested in applying ICT, lack of interest in many cases is based on the lack of computer knowledge, which can retract teachers to use computers in their academic activities. It is imperative that teachers know and master ICT, because they would be related to the interaction of the environment, to promote the teaching and learning processes. On the other hand, teachers want multimedia programs in their classrooms Based on these results, guidelines were formulated to incorporate a computer program as a tool for ICT in UNERMB, Sede Trujillo, as a teaching   resource   to   improve   the   teaching-learning   process.
