Abstract

The use of the Tic in health constitutes the driving force of change to improve the quality of life of the citizens, promoting, information, research, prevention, diagnostic and processing. This paper has as a target the implantation of web portal in the imageneoligía unit of Valera, it is developed with OOHMD methodology which proposes the development of hypermedia application, through a process composed by four stages: conceptual design, navigational design, abstract interfaces design and implementation, apart from the use of tools chosen by the known advantages of strength which offer HTML, PHP, Javascript and MSQL, getting in this way to create a virtual environment with information and tools of health orientation in the area of imageneoligía obtaining in this manner the achievement as a proactive an innovative health institute in the interest of the community.
