Social skills for the strengthening of teamwork in educational organizations

Abstract

Organizations to give answers to the transformations arising in the Venezuelan education system need to adapt the action to make education a social process where actors commit themselves from the role. For this reason, it is important to strengthen efforts aimed at strengthening human talent for developing processes to achieve the objectives. Thus, teamwork constitutes a strategy to promote the set of values in an attempt to promote an active, aware and responsible for all members, therefore, social skills are essential for this purpose. From this perspective, the objective of this paper is to analyze the social skills to strengthen teamwork in educational organizations. The study design was positioned under the analytical documentary. It was concluded that interpersonal relationships, empathy, partnership and synergy are essential social skills in teamwork.
