Abstract

In this investigation the factors that intervene for the Electronic Government's development settled down (GE) in the governorship of the Municipality Motatan of the State Trujillo from the perspective of the citizens and the dependence of this governorship. The investigation type that you uses for this study is of field and descriptive. Two study populations settled down, the first one for 15.235 citizens and the second integrated for approximately 55 bosses of the dependence of this Governorship, for the first case the appropriate size of the sample of 219 fellows was determined and a stratified sampling was used, and for the second case he/she was carried out a sampling for convenience selecting 24 bosses.
