Value of Human Capital of mall and median manufacture companies as a tool to reach the economic development of Rafael Rangel municipality

Abstract

The present research was made to give an answer at the objective analysis concerning the obilities of management human capital of Small and Median manufacture companies of Rafael Rangel Municipality as a tool to reach the economic development. The methodology used, it was descriptive with field design. It was applied a questionnaire of 32 items guided to a 35 managers of small and median manufacture companies of Rafael Rangel Municipality. Once it was collected the information and analyzed the results, it was concluded that the managers have some theoretic habilitéis since they make an effort to keep an analytic ability, basing their actions in the development of activities that allow to evaluate the environment of the company. In order to prove the effectivity of their strategies and the achievement of objetives, they make usage of economics and statistics data which they analyse in a critical form. The managers make a job focused to the quality, working with control methods centered in the monitor and evaluation of the procedures to make sure of tasks fulfilment. Concerning the adaptability of change, the managers take in consideration the needs of the customers to generate changes in their products and services, these changes they do them in team to minimize theirs negatives effects and they do them as a strategy to get they competitiveness. On another side, it was showed that the ethical is not a strong ability on managers considered, although they use it in their value systems they don’t give the enough importance at this aspect, the managers of Small and Median manufacture company of Rafael Rangel Municipality are perseveraut and struggle to get their objetives.
