Abstract

Since a definition of organizational identity university as a systematic multi quality that emerges from the distinction that one makes from the university life organizational work, from the conversational reticular configuration as an organizational pattern resulting from communicational and cognitive processes, embodied in an academic institution and the “meaning” as a sort of abbreviation from the inner world of reflexive consciousness, or hermeneutic dimension, such configuration must guarantee the surviving of the fundamental purpose of creation, diffusion, and transference of the scientific knowledge, there was a need to rethink the philosophical foundations of higher education, namely idea of man, society, knowledge and world view, who works at the same time teleological elements of the institution "University", hence the purpose of this study is to analyze regarding the "idea man" in higher education.
