Abstract

Organic law on prevention, work conditions and work enviroment, is born under strong political pressuere in Venezuela and the world. Computer science, globalization, corporate social responsibility, and the called Socialism of the 21st century generate critics and suspiciousness of the most different tendencies. It necessary to try putting away a little the motivations or deep interest of what each actor thinks and redifine the facts, at the end, Socialism and Neo Capitalism’s new tendencies probably find matching point where they can surviving. Then it will be try to analyze the law and it’s enviroment.
