Criteria of quality on watch for the evaluation of the management of LAN Networks

Abstract

The investigation had like primary target, to analyze the criteria of quality on watch for the evaluation of the management of networks LAN. The type of investigation was descriptive, of field with a cross-sectional design, nonexperimental, with a population of 9296 people who use network LAN in different organizations from public and private organization. With a sample of 384 users the technique of the questionnaire was used, which was validated by 4 experts as, to measure the trustworthiness in this study program SPSS was used version 10.0; where the coefficient of alpha of Cronbach was analyzed giving like result 0.9250. The technique of used analysis was the descriptive statistic. in a high percentage all the people polled in the selected companies are in a level, of moderate to top, referring to the fulfillment of the established criteria and the networks of the selected companies fulfill the minimum requirements to be described like companies that use criteria of quality of services in the management of the networks. The recommendations are: reconstruction of the criteria of quality implemented in the companies to reinforce the optimization, efficiency and effectiveness of the processes in the network and to acquire a system of management of networks that improves the monitoring of the networks that have difficulty in this aspect.
