Transitting human development towards the environment, governance, technology and circular economy: From I to us

Sustainable development implies fundamental elements that expand people's options and capacities to live a long, healthy and creative life, having access to sufficient resources to live with dignity. This article analyzes these elements, starting from the perspective of maintaining a balance between different aspects such as family, quality education, economic growth, care for the environment, strengthening democracy, respect for diversity cultural and religious; as well as equality, social justice and equity as fundamental values that lead to the protection of the environment and citizen awareness towards sustainability, under the direction of efficient public policies in the administration of State resources established in four fundamental components: social capital, local development, sustainability and solidarity economy, which guarantee their understanding.
