Active people in the labor market who want to improve their abilities and skills should pay attention to the concept of reskilling, it works on existing and new skills through lifelong learning. Reskilling must always be accompanied by adequate management and the investment that companies make for their human talent. In the same way, the use of new technologies in companies can offer interesting advantages in competitive intelligence, but those responsible for using all these new tools, techniques and methods must be in continuous training. In addition, recycling is a form of talent loyalty. In this way, recycling is oriented towards the acquisition of new skills and competencies, with the aim of training professionals so that they are prepared for new professional challenges, that is, to work in a different field from the one they currently practice. It must be understood that professionals who want to stand out in the labor market need to be familiar with this concept, since continuous learning is the differentiating factor that allows them to remain competitive in the labor market. Additionally, it is important to seek continuous improvement as the business environment continues to change.
