The coaching focused on the principles of the ecological culture

Coaching has transcended as a potential tool in the skills of executives, managers and supervisors of organizations, so the objective of this article was to apply Coaching with principles of ecological culture in Loss Prevention and Control Management of the South Division of Lake Trujillo, aimed at workers with a supervisory role, the research was carried out under the application project methodology in three phases, the planning where the action plan for the diagnosis was designed using the 360o evaluation techniques, alignment interviews; the execution phase presenting the organizational structure, the application process detecting the needs under a pareto diagram and the evaluation phase represented by the analysis of results under the comprehensive evaluation scheme presenting achievements apply coaching with principles of ecological culture and increase the response time of the processes. By way of conclusion, the phases represent favorable and successful data in synergy with the evaluation process, ensuring progress in elements such as responsibility, leadership and communication, resulting in recommendations linked to the mission and vision of the organization.
