Abstract

The present study aimed to propose action plans for the promotion of values that strengthen interpersonal ties towards healthy living and sustainable lifestyle. To achieve the goal we used the social project methodology Perez, G. (2004), which is organized into three phases namely: the diagnosis in three dimensions:community,
institutional and participatory planning, implementation and evaluation. Effective participatory diagnosis was evident need to promote values that strengthen interpersonal ties between members of the institution, in this regard, in order to solve
the problem diagnosed, the proposal was designed structured into three (3) workshops in receiving information related to strengthening the values solidarity,
respect, tolerance, responsibility as essential to improve labor coexistence for a
sustainable lifestyle in society. It was found motivation,participation and satisfaction with the activities. Was fulfilled intervention plan, which leads to the conclusion that the decisions were in line with the objectives, aimed at minimizing the error margins, which facilitates subsequent measurement of the impact of interventions in terms of reliability. The results of the plans implemented in the project were positive meeting expectations of the participants and transforming education a reality through planning commensurate with the problems detected.
